"Feels So Much Better Now"
I remember how frustrating it was before, so the difference now really stands out to me. Everything feels much better and easier to deal with, and it’s such a relief compared to what I was dealing with earlier

Bottom line, my papers just look right when I use perrla. I mostly use it for APA assignments, and so far the citations have been accurate every time. It also catches those small formatting details I would probably miss on my own, which saves me a lot of stress before I turn something in. It’s not flashy or anything, it just does what I need it to do.

"Easy Install, Works Well"
I got it installed quickly, and so far it’s been working just like it should. Nothing weird came up during setup, which I definitely appreciated. It’s not something I’d overhype, but it does the job reliably and made a good first impression

"Hasn't Let Me Down"
I use perrla pretty much every week for papers, it just does what I need it to do. No random crashes, no disappearing work, none of that nightmare stuff you always worry about (especially right before a deadline). It makes dealing with citations way less stressful for me, which is a big win

"Got back into my account without much trouble"
I needed to get back into my perrla account, it went smoother than I expected. The login worked right away and all my stuff was still there, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to deal with a long back-and-forth just to access my own account.
That said, after being locked out or unsure what was going on, I did kind of expect a simple apology or some acknowledgment. The fix was easy and I’m glad it wasn’t a hassle, but a quick “sorry for the trouble” would’ve made the whole experience feel a little better...

"Easy to Use and Saved Me Time"
perrla was easy for me to figure out. Since it handled a lot of the formatting stuff, I was able to save time on my papers. A couple of things took me a minute to find, but once I figured them out, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it worked well for what I needed, and I’d use it again

"Templates make writing papers easy"
The templates are pretty much my favorite part. I just choose the type of paper I’m working on, and it already looks the way my teacher expects it to. It saves me from having to mess around with margins, headers, and all that stuff every time. There was a small learning curve at first, but it’s been worth it.

"Helped Me Clean Up My APA References"
I was getting annoyed trying to fix my APA reference list, and Perrla ended up being a big help. I’m particular about my papers looking clean and properly formatted, so the little spacing and citation details matter to me. It caught a bunch of small things I probably would’ve missed. It did take me a little while to figure out where everything was, but once I got used to it, it was easy to use. Definitely saved me from checking the same citations over and over.

I did get it in the end, so it’s not like there was a major problem or anything. It was just slower than I expected. I know delays happen, but I was still kind of waiting around wondering when it would show up. Overall, it was fine once I got it...

Customer support did eventually help me get my issue fixed, but it took way longer than I expected. i felt kind of stupid for trusting them to handle it quickly. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely wasn’t great either. Overall, just okay

"Super handy for Word citations"
This makes doing citations in Word so much easier. I used to waste way too much time messing around with formatting, but this just smooths the whole thing out. Defintely a nice little time-saver if you’re working on papers or reports.

I keep wondering if I’m just being lazy, but this has saved me so much time with papers that the price feels fair. I was so tired of fixing APA formatting on my own, and so far it’s been worth it. Maybe I could’ve kept doing it myself, but I don’t really regret it

I use Google Docs for pretty much all my papers and perrla has been really solid with it. Makes the formatting way easier and saves me from messing up my citations all the time.. it did take me a little bit to get used to, but now it’s smooth. Definitely worth it for school

"I’ve been using it recently for…"
I’ve been using it recently for APA citations, and it gets them right most of the time. The last paper I worked on went a lot smoother because of it, but I still had to go back and fix a few citations myself. So it’s definitely helpful, just not quite perfect for what I needed.
